Permission Settings

Added August 2023:

You can now control which users can Export Recipient Data from sent mailings by applying the Export Recipients permission.

Acoustic ESP Users can add the Export Audiences permission to control which users can export audience data from contact lists, suppression lists and queries

Added September 2023:

You can now setup a 2 level approval process by utilizing both the new Review Emails and the Approve Emails permissions. Users with the Review Emails will receive notification when a new mailing requires review. Once it has been reviewed the Approve Emails user will be notified and must approve the email prior to it being scheduled.
