Permission: Create Emails
Summary: Users can see and access the "Mailings" functionality in the sidebar, including viewing the mailings created by others assigned to the same group.
Permission: Send Emails
Summary: Users are allowed to send emails without requiring an approval workflow.
Permission: Approve Emails
Summary: Users can approve mailings for sending in either a single or two-level approval workflow.
Permission: Review Emails
Summary: Users can review mailings prior to requiring a user with the Approve Emails permission to perform the final approval in a two-level approval workflow.

Summary: Users can replace the contacts in an audience with this permission. This is only available with some ESP integrations.
Permission: Select De-Duplication
Summary: Users can choose to de-duplicate their audience at send time by email address. This requires the de-duplication setting to be enabled by an administrator first. Only available with the SFMC integration.
Permission: Select Throttle
Summary: Users can set the throttle value (emails sent per hour) when given this permission and the setting enabled by an administrator. Only available with our SFMC integration.
Permission: Subscriber Archive
Summary: Users can search previously sent email campaigns by recipient email address within a date range. This searches the SFMC SendLog for all campaigns sent to the recipient and provides a thumbnail, email name and ability to export the campaigns html, screenshot and a pdf
Permission: Manage Application
Summary: Users can manage the configuration of the application including defining the color scheme, logo, brand colors, ESP integration, Permission settings, Integration settings and Restriction Settings.
Permission: Manage Group Users
Summary: Grants a user the ability to add, edit, and manage users within the group they belong to. For example, a franchisee assigned to a single group can use this permission to manage user accounts for their specific franchise location. A user with this permission effectively acts as a Group Admin for their group. Note: The users added by a Group Admin are not compatible with SSO.
Permission: Group Admin Assignable
Summary: Works in conjunction with the Manage Group Users permission. It defines which roles a group admin can assign to users in their group. Only roles marked as "Group Admin Assignable" can be granted by someone with the Manage Group Users permission. This ensures that group admins can create and manage sub-users without exceeding the permissions intended for their scope.
