You spend time crafting the perfect message and email, be sure it is actually getting delivered to your recipients.
Delivery Rate
There are a number of reasons that your email may not be received by your recipients. Some of those reasons are temporary and do not affect your delivery rate. For instance if a contact's email box is full or is temporarily unreachable.
But when a delivery is deemed permanent, that indicates that you shouldn't be emailing that contact in the future. Continually emailing contacts that are deemed undeliverable can hurt your sending reputation by all ISP (internet service providers) and can end in a total block of your emails.
A typical delivery rate should remain above 95%.
