Groups Overview

Groups allow SmarterSends to segment access to templates, mailings, reporting, images, and audiences. By assigning users to one or more groups, you can define what assets that user has access to. Groups can be a flexible organizational tool with multiple use cases:

• Independent Sales Reps - Assign each Rep to their own group to keep all assets completely separate.
• Franchises - Each franchise can have their own group with multiple users assigned to it allowing that franchise to have only have access to their own audiences, images, mailings and reports.
• Internal Departments - Set up HR with their own group to send internal communications. Product groups can send announcements to customers, project management teams can send reports and updates to the c-suite.
• The list goes on...

You can even Bulk Upload groups using a comma separated (csv) file.
