Re-Use Content from your ESP

NOTE: Applies to the following ESP integrations: Braze, Cordial, Iterable, SFMC, Zeta

Each ESP uses a different term for their re-usable content, Content Blocks (Braze), Includes (Cordial), Snippets (Iterable and Zeta), HTML Blocks (SFMC) but regardless of what they are called you now have full access to those re-usable elements within your SmarterSends templates.

After opening/creating a template, click the Rows tab on the right side of the editor. When you expand the dropdown if your integration supports the feature, you'll see your re-usable content listed in the dropdown. Select the term that matches your integration and you'll see a list of all of the re-usable content from your ESP. The first 20 will be shown by default but you can search by name to find any of your available re-usable content. Simply drag these rows into your workspace and enjoy your new found productivity!
